How can I pay for the tour?
You can pay by credit card or by bank transfer. If you decide to pay by card, we will send you a confidential link to do so; should you prefer to make a bank transfer, please check our email with the quote, where you can find our bank details.
How much do I have to pay to confirm my booking?
A 25% deposit is required to confirm the reservation and the balance is due 45 days before departure.
If you book within 45 days of departure you will be required to pay the full amount immediately.
How do you withdraw the balance without my permission?
The balance withdrawal is an automatic action that takes place through the Stripe platform, which guarantees the most up-to-date security standards.
The moment you authorize the down payment withdrawal, you already authorize the balance withdrawal as well, so no other authorization is required.
Withdrawal of the balance cannot take place at any time, but only 45 days before departure.

When is the balance due? Do you send a payment reminder?
The balance is due 45 days before the departure.
You will be charged automatically to your credit card or to the bank details you used when making the booking online. We will still send you an email reminder 10 days before and the day before the charge.
I booked a tour on your website, but it is not available: what happens with the deposit I paid?
If the reservation cannot be confirmed you will have the choice of getting a full refund or changing your tour. If you prefer a refund, we will return the deposit you paid into the card or account you used when making your reservation.
