We are here for you before and during your trip. Start your trip confidently with the informational materials we provide or with a tour leader, and receive our seven-day-a-week phone support.

If you need advice or support during your trip, we’re here to help. Here’s how to find answers to your questions:

  • Chat with us, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Luggage transport

Our travel packages include luggage transport service: leave your bags at the front desk each morning and you’ll find them waiting for you at your next accommodation. Traveling light makes all the difference!

Phone support

While you are traveling, you’ll have our helpline at your disposal: we answer from our offices in Italy seven days a week, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
If your trip is organized in collaboration with a local partner, we will provide you with their number, so that you can skip a step and resolve issues directly with those on the ground.
