On two wheels, you’ll explore art treasure chests, medieval villages, rolling hills, and natural parks as you pedal along lakes and rivers. Each stage offers an unforgettable experience; from the timeless beauty of Venice and the lush greenery of the Euganean Hills and Lake Garda. Need a break? A sip of the local wines and a taste of the authentic cuisine of the North are no-brainers. Impossible not to fall in love.

Routes between lakes, rivers, and the sea

There’s no way around it and we wouldn’t have it any other way: water’s all around you in Italy, whether in the form of a lake, a river, or the sea. Italy’s biggest lake – Lake Garda – boasts jaw-dropping scenery and countless delicious recipes. Of course, there’s Venice right by the Adriatic, from where our tour will take you all the way to Poreč, a charming port city in Croatia. Finally, the Brenta river, with its many Palladian villas, the Po, and the Mincio trace an itinerary between forgotten villages and wild nature.

Venice and surroundings

There’s more to Venice than the historic center. Though mesmerizing, it’d be a shame not to explore the many vineyards, waterways, art cities, and small villages surrounding this beautiful city. Get pedaling in search of the next nearby wonders, such as Vicenza, Bassano del Grappa, and Treviso. Along the northern coast of the Adriatic Sea, you’ll soon discover the Croatian port city Poreč is worth your while too!

Lake Garda

Starting in the small town of Peschiera del Garda, this bike tour takes you from the beautiful Lake Garda to the outskirts of Venice. Along the way, you’ll encounter wonderful art cities, such as Verona and Vicenza, and the green Euganean Hills near Padua.

From Mantua to Venice

This bike and boat route takes you on a fascinating journey from Mantua to Venice. Follow the course of two important Italian rivers – the Mincio and the Po – and discover off-the-beaten-track villages, by the Po Delta and the Venice Lagoon, where slow living still reigns.
